Lee Davis

The heart of natural horsemanship

With over 25 years dedicated to helping horses and humans, Lee brings a wealth of experience in individual and group training across Tasmania and mainland Australia.

Lee's philosophy, 'Natural Horsemanship,' centres on communication, mutual understanding, and equine psychology, moving away from conventional mechanics or intimidation. This empathetic approach forms the foundation of our work, building deep and meaningful connections.

Natural horsemanship is a way of working with horses that focuses on clear, calm communication and building trust between the horse and human. It emphasises understanding the horse’s behaviour, using non-violent, pressure‑release techniques, and teaching through kindness, consistency, and gentle leadership.

Through his own business - "Lee Davis Horsemanship" - Lee offers personalised home visits and monthly sessions and clinics in Tasmania and on the Mainland.
